EMERALD CUT: AFTER DARK

Calling all ghoulish paddlers! Come explore with us this spooky season on our Emerald Cut: After Dark tour, an afterhours clear bottom kayak paddle. Each kayak comes equipped with under glow LED lights to illuminate the underworld!

Start times vary depending on what time the sunset is (in some cases we are on the water later than 8:00pm). You will start the trip from King's Landing and paddle upstream during sundown for just under a mile. Once the entire group has reached the top, we will start our float downstream in the dark! Each kayak will be equipped with color changing LED lights to help guide the way and illuminate the riverbed below. 

This activity is a guided trip with two experienced tour guides to help guide the way.

Experience:
For this event, we ask that you have some experience kayaking. We will be paddling in the dark. If this does not sounds like something you would enjoy, please do not book this activity as it could potentially ruin it for the rest of our guests. Safety is a top priority! King's Landing staff will remove you from the tour if you are unable to properly navigate and steer the kayak. Thank you. 

Costume Contest:
Encouraging all paddlers to come dressed in your bone chilling or fun paddle attire costumes.

PLEASE PLAN ON ARRIVING 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR TOUR START TIME 
Guests who arrive late will not be allowed to launch once the tour begins.

Children under the age of 13, will not be permitted.

Please ensure that all children that do attend are comfortable paddling in the dark. 

All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in a double kayak.

THINGS TO KNOW.

RESERVATION POLICY.

  • Must be 18 years of age to make a reservation.

  • Anyone under the age of 18, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Minors under the age of 13 years old will not be permitted.

  • Pets are not permitted.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY.

  • To receive a refund, cancellations must be made 48-hours prior to the reservation. 

  • Cancellations made within 48-hours of reservation; an eGift Certificate will be issued. All eGift Certificates will be valid for one year.

  • Cancellations received on or after the reservation, no refund or eGift Certificate will be provided.

  • To cancel, reschedule or change a reservation, please email us at info@kingslandingfl.com.

 
BAD WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY.

  • If the event is canceled by a King’s Landing staff member due to severe weather conditions or for any safety reason at all, a full refund will be provided. Please note, we are in a natural environment. We do not cancel for light rain, overcast skies or any cool temperatures.
